The SUGAR REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION (SRA), through the SRA Corporate Operating Budget for 2009 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred and Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php560,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SRA Purchase Request No. 09-07-351. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
